    Treatments under one roof

Your physio chooses the mix after your assessment. Most plans combine hands-on work with exercises you do at home.

Mobilization, manipulation and soft-tissue work to free up stiff joints & tight muscles.

Fine needles release deep muscle knots that hands can’t reach.

Finds which muscles aren’t doing their job, then retrains the pattern.

Acoustic waves for stubborn tendon problems like plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow.

Gentle electrical stimulation to help manage pain and muscle activation.

Real-time imaging of muscles, tendons and ligaments.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the most common questions patients ask.

If you don’t find the answer you need, feel free to contact us!

    Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No. In BC you can book a physiotherapist directly. Some benefit plans ask for one before they reimburse you, so check yours if you’re claiming.

    Will my benefits cover it?

Most extended health plans in BC cover physio up to a yearly amount. Ask us about direct billing when you book.

Can I use my ICBC or WorkSafeBC claim?

Yes. Bring your claim number to your first visit and we’ll take care of the paperwork.

What happens at the first visit?

We ask how it started, test how you move to find the cause, then start treatment. You leave with a plan and a few exercises.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on the problem and how long you’ve had it. You’ll get an honest estimate after your assessment.

Ready to find out what’s going on?

Same week appointments available. Most insurance accepted.
