No. For both ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims, you can book physiotherapy directly. You just need your claim number.
Report your injury first. For a car accident, report it to ICBC online or by phone. For a work injury, tell your employer and report it to WorkSafeBC. You’ll get a claim number, and you can book as soon as you have it.
It depends on your claim. We’ll go over any costs before your first visit, so there are no surprises.
